While studying at Saint Michael’s College in the early 1990s, I worked as a coach in the Writing Center. I quickly realized the immense value and tangible results of one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
Years later, while pursuing my master's degree in New York City, I began my work as a clinician/consultant. Since setting out on my own in 1999, I have dedicated my career to coaching and mentoring individuals from elementary school through college, as well as professionals. To date, we have engaged in over 30,000 sessions together.
This journey has been an incredible teacher for me as well. The most profound lesson I've learned is straightforward: coaching and mentoring are inherently personal endeavors.

I graduated from Saint Michael's College in Vermont and Columbia University. With nearly thirty years of experience, I also hold training in Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes and PACE/Master the Code. Since 2007, my family and I have called Warren, NJ, our home.
